A fully automated assembly line with interoperable robots built in modules for flexible production and adaptable for future needs. The machine is designed and developed by our special machinery department at Axelent Engineering in collaboration with KUKA.

Our machine guard X-Guard, which meets the requirements of the machine directive on fixed protection, are installed around the machine. Our customer have also chosen to use our rounded panels, X-Guard Contour, in the corners which gives a neat and specially designed overall impression. This is a unique product and therefore X-Guard is the market's first machine guard with rounded corners.

X-Tray cable management system is mounted inside the cell and on the machine guard and is fully integrated with the guard, which we are completely unique with on the market.

The X-Tray cable trays are strong, flexible and easy to assemble without various special tools. They meet all cable managment requirements according to IEC 61537 and are also certified at UL, E90, SP and DNV-GL.

All wire trays and fittings are galvanized to fit with the other components. Our wire trays can be adapted for many different applications and can withstand the toughest environments.
